1. What your request means
Submitting this form asks us to review your address for service availability. It does not create a paid membership, reserve an unconfirmed pickup date, or authorize a charge. We will contact you by email to confirm route availability and your first pickup date. Please do not set items outside for an unconfirmed pickup.
Before asking for payment, we will confirm the service address, route, first pickup date, pickup instructions, and membership details. Payment is a separate step through the checkout we provide after confirmation. The request form does not ask for payment-card details.
2. The membership you are asking about
Membership is $25 per month, month-to-month, with no setup fee. Founding members keep the $25 monthly rate for their first six monthly billing periods. A request does not begin those billing periods.
The included service is one scheduled outside donation pickup per month: up to one standard bagful per month, including your first pickup. Standard bags hold 48 gallons and measure 20 × 20 × 28 inches. Your bag is supplied before the first collection, after the route and date are confirmed. We exchange the collected bag for a clean empty replacement. A bag does not need to be full.
Pickup is from an agreed, accessible location outside your garage or on your porch. We do not enter your home or garage. We will confirm safe packing and handling instructions before paid enrollment; bag volume alone does not determine whether a load is safe to collect.
Full membership, billing, cancellation, and service-recovery terms will be provided before you choose paid enrollment. No recurring charge starts from this request.
3. What we collect
We accept clean, usable clothing, shoes, toys, books, and small household goods. Do not include hazardous materials, garbage, broken or unusable items, or items that cannot be handled safely. Furniture and mattresses are outside standard bag pickup.
A Little Extra adds a standard bag by prior approval and quote. The Awkward One covers an approved larger item after review of a photo and dimensions. We will not collect or charge for an add-on you have not approved.
We aim to keep usable things in use. Receiving arrangements and destinations will be confirmed before paid service. We do not guarantee that a particular organization will accept every item, that every item will be reused, or that an item qualifies for a tax deduction. We do not claim a particular charity partnership.
4. Optional resale
Sell It For Me is available only for reviewed and approved items with an expected resale value of at least $150, up to two approved items per household per month. Expected resale value is not original retail price or a guarantee of sale.
For approved resale, you receive 60% of the sale price and Outsy receives 40%. We agree on the item, minimum sale price, payout arrangements, any exceptional costs, and an unsold-item plan before listing. No undefined cost may be deducted from your share. These request terms do not authorize a resale transaction. We will not sell donation-designated items without your explicit approval.
5. Your information and contact
Please provide accurate contact and pickup details, and only request service for an address where you are authorized to arrange it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use request information. Marketing email consent is optional and separate from service follow-up.
To correct or withdraw a request, email zanedshaw@gmail.com. No cancellation of a paid subscription is needed for a request because no subscription has started.
